Insurance:
I do not accept insurance directly. However, if you have PPO insurance, I am able to provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company directly to find out what’s covered.
Cancellation:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the set appointment time will be charged the full session fee.
Fees:
I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who cannot afford my full fee. Please inquire about sliding scale spot availability when we consult if the full fee is unaffordable for you.
